1.) load in pmx editor
2.) Select export
3.) change fileext to ".pmd"
4.) export
=> file will now be pmd

A: First, check if tge textures are present,properly named and work in an image viewer.
If you use #pmd, the images emself might need reencoding

A: Yes. That is a webrender thing. Luckily easily fixed.
Drag the texture that wont work on here and use the Download link. The new one will work (Reload browser cache!)
